Bookings / Reservations

Will only be held for 72 ours (3 working days) If the deposit payment is not received in this time Xytec reserve the right to withdraw the reservation.

Payment

50% deposit payment in advance.

Balance due before certificates are released.

Cancellation or Re-Scheduling Fees

More than 2 weeks notice - full deposit refunded.

1 to 2 weeks notice - 50% deposit refunded.

Less than 1 weeks notice [Late cancellation] - no refund.

Rebooking at the time of a late cancellation will attract a 10% discount.

Training Schedule [Unless otherwise agreed]

Training 'contact' time between 09:00 and 17:00.

Lunch is 1 hour at around 12:30.

Client [to Provide]

Suitable training environment for learning [theory and practical].

240v Power. Where a monitor/ TV screen is not available suitable facility for a projector.

Refreshments [Water, Tea, Coffee].

Specialist equipment such as their Rescue Kit of Choice, EBA Escape Sets.

Delegates [To Provide]

Appropriate PPE [Hard Hat, Boots, Gloves, Hi-Vis, Eye protection, Harness, Lanyard] .

Xytec [To Provide]

All STANDARD Training Materials, backup/safety equipment.

Late Arrivals

Anyone arriving later than 30 minutes from the designated start time risks being excluded from the course.  If you are expecting to arrive late, please contact the training team directly on 07513 45 89 63.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Any dedicated course delivered is scored against feedback.  If you are unhappy with our training we convert the average feedback score into a percentage and apply that to your outstanding balance.

Refund up to a maximum of 50% per course.

Feedback scores in the refund scheme will need to be accompanied by comments detailing why the score was given to qualify for inclusion.
